Residential Neighborhoods

Hollywood Park’s three residential neighborhoods will include stylish homes along tree-lined streets with wide sidewalks. A collection of single-family homes, town homes, condominiums and senior housing will feature Mediterranean-style architecture. Each home is currently designed to include windows and doors that overlook the beautifully landscaped roadways, making it easy for parents to watch over their children as they play outdoors and keeping the community safe for late-evening strolls. Residents of varying ages, incomes and lifestyles will enjoy three distinct neighborhoods in a community setting that promotes an active lifestyle, interaction with neighbors and respect for the environment.

• Champion Park- The Champion Park neighborhood accommodates the Townhome and Wrap/Podium housing types that appeal to a mixture of lifestyles, incomes and age groups. This neighborhood is located in close proximity to the retail and entertainment district, making it easy for these residents to walk to the shops and restaurants. This neighborhood also contains the four-acre civic site, located on Prairie Avenue.
• Lake Park- The Lake Park neighborhood features Single-Family homes and Townhomes which also appeal to a variety of lifestyles, incomes and ages. These residences surround the east side of Lake Park, providing beautiful unobstructed views of the lake and Lake Plaza.
• Arroyo Park- The Arroyo Park neighborhood accommodates Single-Family homes as well as Townhomes.
