Vision: Hollywood Park is envisioned as a compact, walkable, mixed-use community, where residents can live, shop and play in one place and have easy access to the Westside Los Angeles job market.
Walkable Community: In and around Hollywood Park, the pedestrian will have priority. The community will have a vibrant street life that encourages walking, not just as an alternative to driving, but as a pleasurable activity in itself. Walkways will be generous, continuous, well-lit and protected with a canopy of trees.
Parks: A comprehensive public park system will enrich and support the overall walking experience and provide a wide range of recreational opportunities. Bike lanes will run adjacent to the parks and will connect residential areas to the retail/entertainment center. In addition, the existing Inglewood bike routes will be connected into the Hollywood Park community
Homes: Hollywood Park will include a wide range of housing options that appeal to people of varying ages with different lifestyle and incomes.
